Basic Pre-Party Info –

• Ten20 is set up to service up to 12 pedicures and 12 manicures at one time. Date, time and technician availability must be considered in the party planning.
• Ten20 is also available for rent on an hourly basis – no nail services – at $150/hour. Availability is limited to times when the spa is not open for business.
• Party guests must be at least 12 years old.
• Custom gift bags (nail polish, lotions, etc) and/or gift certificates (in any denomination) are available for purchase as party favors.
• It is best to schedule parties at least 4 weeks in advance.
• We offer ONE service type for all party guests, however the host and party honoree may choose to receive different services.
• Parties must be fully prepaid, including 18% gratuity and a 5% service charge – on ONE credit card – within 3 days of the party date.
• Once the party has been prepaid – 3 days in advance – no changes to the party schedule will be made. Including, NO add-on services during the party! Add-ons include French polish, scrub, mask, paraffin, nail art, and nail repair.
• Parties must be booked through our special party planner by emailing party@ten20.tv, or by faxing ten20 at 720.565.1021.

Basic Party Info –

• Hosts are expected and encouraged to arrive as early as needed to set up for the party. Ten20 has plenty of space for the set up of snack platters and special beverages.
• Guests should arrive at least 15 minutes before services are scheduled to begin. Our services are scheduled back-to-back, with no room for tardiness. To stay on schedule, we will have to abbreviate the services of those guests who are late, and the host will not be refunded the costs of the abbreviated services. So “get them to the spa on time!”
• If a guest is a “no show” for the party, the host will NOT be refunded the prepaid cost of the service.If all of this sounds good – let’s get started!

PARTY CONTRACT

I, the host of the above listed party, have read and understand the Party Agreement Form. I understand that I am agreeing to fully pre-pay – 3 days before the party date – all ten20 party services, including 18% gratuity and a 5% service charge, plus all additional gifts and/or gift certificates related to this party.

I understand that I cannot change the party date, party time or ANY of the party services once I have pre-paid.

I understand that ten20 and its employees are not responsible for any lost or stolen items and will remind my guests to take all their possessions with them at the end of the party.

I understand that ten20 is not responsible for any injuries and that all party goers are responsible for informing their technician of any cuts, bruisers, health concerns, etc. before the start of their service.

I understand that if any ten20 property is misused, broken or destroyed, the credit card used for payment will be charged for the damages.

I will do my best to relax and enjoy my party at ten20.

I have read the ten20 party contract and agree to all terms.
