ten20 is proud to sponsor the chicest  women’s cycle team in Boulder, Colorado.  the ladies race triathlons, road, mountain and cyclocross.

this is how they roll.

this is paty nilsen.  she rules the school.  the bike has been an icon through her entire life.  she has an early childhood picture of  on a tricycle with patent leathers and a box of raisins.  the only way to roll.

she and her father began bike touring when she was ten, albeit in her dad’s bike shorts, a cut off tee and no helmet!  her family had ties to Cannondale and wound up working there for 9 yrs running their apparel business.  haute stuff.

today paty still designs athletic apparel as a freelancer for brands ranging from Zoot, SheBeest, prAna, Smartwool, Brooks, Title 9.   she is also a single soccer mom of 5 yr old twin boys Gordy and Rowan, home owner, sunday school teacher, daughter, sister + friend.

this year she competed in the Boulder 5430 Olympic and 1/2 ironman races and has been racing cyclocross this with her hot pink shorts on fire all fall!

the ten20 girls consider themselves more of a sorority than a team, especially by Boulder standards.  the ladies meet 2x a week for group rides.  so join us!

most the women are career girls, some have families, all have a good time.

early bikes are credited with liberating women.  we feel the same way now too babes!
